Direct Support Provider (DSP)
As a Direct Support Provider with Keystone Solutions Group, you may support individuals in their homes and communities through Companion, Personal Supports, and Respite services.

Palm Beach & Broward Counties
Employment Requirements
Requirements before services begin.
Applicants should be able to meet applicable agency and state requirements, which may include:
- • Be at least 18 years of age
- • Possess a high school diploma or GED
- • Possess at least one year of verifiable experience supporting individuals or in a related field
- • Valid driver's license or government-issued ID
- • Reliable transportation
- • Ability to pass required background screenings
- • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- • Complete all required APD and agency training
